About the event
The time has come for our 2025 AGM and Awards Banquet! This year we will be celebrating our 2025 season at the Fenella Community Hall in Roseneath. Guests can look forward to a buffet style lunch of sandwiches, salads, as well as a selection of soft drinks, and dessert. Cost per person will be $25; payment is required to confirm attendance.
Doors open at 12:00 PM, with the lunch buffet open by at 12:15. As everyone finishes lunch, we will proceed with our AGM, to discuss the 2025 season and vote on proposed changes for 2026 (reminder that you MUST be a paid 2025 member over the age of 18 to vote; parents of youth members are not eligible to vote without purchasing their own membership).
